Contact

Want to speak to someone today? Fill in your name and phone number in the request box on our home page, and a consultant will ring back to discuss Prostalix, how to take it or when your parcel arrives. Ordering and asking questions go through that one box, so nobody is kept waiting in a second line.

Prefer writing?

Email [email protected] whenever it suits you — midnight, Sunday or Jamhuri Day. Someone on the team reads new mail at every hour, so replies do not stop for weekends.

To get a faster answer

• add the phone number you ordered with, if your question is about an existing order;
• name your town, so we can tell you the courier's timing for your area;
• keep it to one topic per message — it helps us reply without back-and-forth.

We do not run a walk-in shop or a public phone line, which keeps prices down and your enquiries private.
